At mid-day on the West Coast, Lil Uzi Vert’s Luv is Rage 2 (Generation Now/Atlantic) is #1 at both iTunes and Apple Music. To top it off, the clean version is #5 on Apple Music giving the rapper both of the week’s top streaming debuts.
Queens of the Stone Age’s Villains (Matador) revs up at #2 while the second album from Music City’s Old Dominion, Happy Endings (RCA Nashville), sews up #3.
Fifth Harmony’s self-titled Epic release is #4 at iTunes and 17 from Bad Vibes Forever/Empire’s XXXTENTACION grabs #5; not to get The Sound of Music rolling through your head this early but 17 is going on #16 at Apple Music.
The War on Drugs’ highly anticipated A Deeper Understanding (Atlantic) opens at #6. PVRIS’ All We Know of Heaven, All We Need of Hell
