HITS LIST—NO FOOLIN’

April Fools’ Day is upon us this weekend, but the latest edition of HITS List contains no fake news, alternative facts…or Easter eggs, for that matter. Rob Stringer’s official start date as Sony Music CEO lands on April 1, the very date in question, but there’s no doubt that his ascension to CEO is for real. Indeed, this entire assemblage is on the rise, from WMG chosen one Max Lousada to starman Harry Styles, from Kendrick Lamar’s pumping “Heart” to The Chainsmokers’ Open lungs. Seriously.
