TOP 10 WORKOUT TRACKS FOR MAY

The last full month of spring brought an unusually high number of fast songs and remixes, notes Chris Lawhorn of workout-music site Run Hundred, referring to the 10 tracks that got the most votes from subscribers. Quick tunes naturally lend themselves to momentum, Chris continues, while remixes give proven hits a second wind.

You'll find 140+ BPM tracks—fast enough to take your breath away—from Meghan Trainor, Florence + the Machine and newcomer Katy Tiz. In the remix department, you'll find a club cut from Kelly Clarkson, a collaboration between Maroon 5 and Nicki Minaj and a version of “Uptown Funk” that dials up the intensity of the already boisterous track, which simply refuses to die.
