ANDY’S GANG: The season premiere of Andrew W.K.'s show Destroy Build Destroy Wednesday night on the Cartoon Network KILLED, figuratively speaking. The episode was watched by well over a million kids (99% of whom have no idea who Andrew’s namesake and inspiration Andy Kaufman is…or was) and was decisively #1 in the time period with boys.
