BORN TO OPEN: Don’t know how many of you caught last night’s opening number at the Emmy Awards, as host Jimmy Fallon, Tina Fey, Betty White, Hurley from Lost and Jon Hamm, among other surprises, teamed up with the Glee cast, featuring a show-stopping cameo by winner Jane Lynch for a spirited “Born to Run.” If not, check it out here, for it was a rouser.
