Clive and Carlos, reunited

C&C MUSIC FACTORY: Clive Davis and Carlos Santana hosted a “private, exclusive VIP listening event” last Wednesday at the Hard Rock Hotel Casino in Lost Wages to unveil Santana’s latest album, Guitar Heaven…The Greatest Guitar Classics of All (Arista, Sept. 21), on which special guests join the guitarist for covers of classic songs. The soiree, during which the revelers were subjected to temperatures in the upper 40s, was followed by a special performance of the artist’s Supernatural Santana: A Trip Through the Hits residency show at The Joint, with guest vocalists India.Arie, Chris Daughtry and Gavin Rossdale, all featured on the new album.
