FAMILY DISAGREEMENT: John Branca and John McClain, the ever-busy co-executors of Michael Jackson's estate, have released a statement saying they’d never authorized the use of Jackson's name for a tribute concert. On Monday, Katherine, La Toya, Tito, Jackie and Marlon had held a press conference in Beverly Hills to announce plans to put on Michael Forever: The Tribute Concert, scheduled for Oct. 8 in Cardiff, Wales Soon afterward, though, Jermaine and Randy stated that they weren’t comfortable with the fact that the show would take place during the trial of Dr. Conrad Murray, with jury selection slated to begin on Sept. 8. In a joint statement, the brothers said that they support the idea of the concert, but they feel that "the most important tribute we can give to our brother at this time is to seek justice in his name."
