ANTI-FUR CRUSADER: Speaking of Leona Lewis, earlier this year she rejected a �1 million offer from Harrods boss Mohammed Fayed to open this year's summer sale because the department store sells fur. A staunch vegetarian since the age of 12, Lewis was this year voted World's Sexiest Vegetarian Celebrity by PETA. “I'm totally against animal cruelty,” she said. “I don't have clothes, shoes or bags made from any animal products.” Harrods is the only department store in the U.K. that continues to sell fur, and is regularly targeted by animal cruelty campaigners. While we’re on the subject, it’s worth noting that Kim Kardashian has been targeted by PETA as a fur hag via a billboard campaign around L.A. Rumor is that some high-profile recording artists are high on PETA’s list for a similar campaign. (12/22a)
