FROM VINE ST. TO HOLLYWOOD BLVD.: Katy Perry literally stopped traffic in the heart of Tinseltown for a good part of Tuesday afternoon and evening, as a stretch of Hollywood Blvd. was blocked off for the pop diva’s free concert celebrating today’s premiere of her new movie, Part of Me. She did the show just after 5 p.m. on a stage erected in front of the Hollywood & Highland Center. (6/27a)
