Finley Joins Boyarski Fritz

LEGAL EAGLE MUSICAL CHAIRS: Top entertainment attorney Alison Finley has split the firm of Davis, Shapiro, Lewit & Hayes LLP, where she was an equity partner, to join rivals Boyarski Fritz LLP in the post “Of Counsel.” Finley’s many clients have included Kanye West, Red Bull, Usher, Twista, Wu Tang Clan and Jersey Shore’s Sammi Giancola. She has served as the Director of Business and Legal Affairs at Loud Records, where the roster of artists included Three 6 Mafia, Xzibit, Big Punisher, M.O.P, Pete Rock and Mobb Deep. Finley began her career as an associate at Rudolph & Beer LLP, a law firm with expertise in the music, television, entertainment and media fields.
