A FUN-SIZED BUT SCARY ITEM: Who but S-Curve's Steve Greenberg would write a scholarly essay on the history of "The Monster Mash"? Not sure, though a few HITS editorial geeks have been known to wax rhapsodic about Curse of the Demon and Dr. Terror's House of Horrors. Regardless, Mr. Stevie G penned this tome while waiting out the hurricane. In other Halloween-ish news, the L.A.
