NSFW (BUT COUNTS AS WORK): As Robin Thicke's "Blurred Lines" featuring T.I. and Pharrell hovers near the top of the iTunes singles chart (it's currently #2 and hit #1 last week), it seems reasonable to conclude that around 45 million total video impressions for the song have been a big factor in its success. But did you know that 30 million of those views have been of the unrated version (featuring copious female nudity), which lives on VEVO—the only major music-video platform that hosts explicit content—compared to half as many for the clean version on YouTube?
