ALL POINTS BULLETIN: Bryan Coleman's Union Entertainment Group has inked Circa Zero, a new band featuring legendary Police guitarist Andy Summers (as well as Rob Giles of The Rescues and drummer Emmanuelle Capalette). The group's maiden gig will take place at L.A.'s El Rey Theatre on 7/25, with an album and tour slated for 2014. (6/25p)
