PHILOSOPHY WITH MARINARA SAUCE: Jimmy Iovine dispenses words of wisdom with his distinctive spin during the course of a “What I’ve Learned” interview in the January issue of Esquire, which also devotes a page to Dr. Dre. “My father was the guy in my life,” Iovine begins. “One of the greatest things he ever told me was ‘You know how stuff works, Jimmy?
