Primary Wave and Six Degrees

SIX DEGREES AND NO SEPARATION: Larry Mestel's Primary Wave Music has expanded its relationship with indie music label Six Degrees Records, it was announced today. Under the new joint venture, Primary Wave will begin representing and marketing for the entire Six Degrees roster, which skews heavily EDM and international. The company's responsibilities now also include representing and pitching masters to secure film, TV and ad syncs, while continuing to obtain co-pub deals with artists and producers. The label originally began working with Primary Wave in 2006 as one of their first co-pub deals. (3/27p)
