The pre-bubble Internet music tycoon is on the hook for an estimated $41 million, though it could take until next Tuesday to figure out the exact amount of the award in the verdict issued by the federal jury in Capitol Records Inc et al v. MP3tunes LLC et al in Manhattan. The verdict came a week after the same jury found Robertson and the defunct cloud-storage company he founded in 2005 liable on various infringement claims.
