Moon Block Party

SATELLITE OF LOVE: The upcoming indie-hipster hootenanny Moon Block Party, which kicks off 10/18 at the Pomona Fairplex, will feature Spoon, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club and Band of Skulls, along with such unsung dwellers of the underground scene as Deap Vally, whom Rolling Stone listed as one of their New Troublemakers. MBP was formed by a collective of musicians in 2011 as "a community effort to facilitate the ever expanding growth of the human spirit."
