IT ALL ADDS UP: When Jason Iley took the reins of Sony Music U.K. in July, the company was mired in a slump—but my oh my have things changed since then. Last week, for the first time in ages, Columbia placed four albums in the Top 10, including homegrown breakthrough artist George Ezra and Irish rockers The Script.
