It’s Justin Bieber’s World at retail this week, and we’re just breathing his rarified air.

Island/IDJ’s 10-song follow-up to his debut album, My World 2.0, enters at #1 on this week’s chart with a robust 282k, while his other album is up 30% to #7, giving the youngster two in the Top 10.

J/RMG’s Monica is Still Standing, with the R&B diva’s new album debuting at #2, sporting first-week sales of 182k.

Capitol/EMI’s Now 33 comes in at #3 with 134k, giving the label two in the Top 5, as Capitol Nashville’s platinum-plus Lady Antebellum album, Need You Now, dips from #1 to #4.

Merge’s She & Him return with Volume Two to their successful debut, a #5 entry for the pair of M. Ward and Zooey Deschanel. The North Carolina indie, founded by Superchunk’s Mac McCaughan and Laura Balance 20 years ago, has their second Top 5 debut of the year, following Spoon’s #4 bow in January.

DTP/Def Jam/IDJ’s Ludacris at #6 gives L.A. Reid’s label three in the Top 10, followed by Interscope’s Lady Gaga (#8), Verity/JLG’s Marvin Sapp (#9) and Gaga labelmates Black-Eyed Peas (#10), marking two in the Top 10 for Jimmy Iovine.

UMe’s Scorpions enter at #22 for their farewell album, Sting in the Tail, with Snoop Dogg’s More Malice on Priority/EMI (#29) and Mute’s Goldfrapp (#36) also debuting.

Columbia’s Train (#42), Razor & Tie’s Kidz Bop 17 (#43) and Roadrunner’s Nickelback all re-enter the Top 50.

With 30% rise, Bieber’s debut is the biggest gainer, followed by Chop Shop/Atlantic’s Twilight Saga New Moon (#22-16), Reprise’s Michael Buble (#21-17, +17%) and Rhino’s Alvin & the Chipmunks The Squeakquel (#35-30, +17%), all registering double-digit moves. The Twilight and Chipmunks packages are both being fueled by the DVD releases of their respective films.

Hitting the streets today are LaFace/JLG’s Usher, Universal Motown’s Erykah Badu, Arista Nashville’s Alan Jackson, Def Jam’s Wu-Massacre, featuring Ghostface Killah, Redman and Raekwon and Columbia’s Robin Williams album, the soundtrack from his recent HBO special, Weapons of Self-Destruction.
