JAY SEAN AND PRISILLA RENEA ENTER THE FRAY

The latest artist to emerge from the Cash Money/Universal Republic stable, Jay Sean's "Down" featuring Lil Wayne is #1 at Pop, #2 Crossover and ready to cross to Urban, with the album, All or Nothing, coming out Nov. 23.
