It's not unusual to find legendary Welsh crooner Tom Jones making his debut on the list of those artists about to break, thanks to his album bow, 24 Hours, for Steve Greenberg's EMI-distributed S-Curve label, which hits retail Monday, Nov. 24.

The first single, "If He Should Ever Leave You," is already breaking at Hot Adult and starting to cross to Top 40. Look for week of release apearances on Good Morning America (11/24) and Regis & Kelly (11/25), as well as Rachael Ray (12/2), The Tonight Show with Jay Leno (12/3) and Jimmy Kimmel Live (12/4). Virgin Records Jacksonville, FL emo rockers Red Jumpsuit Apparatus follow their 2006 platinum debut, Don't You Fake It, with the sophomore effort, Lonely Road, which comes out on Feb. 3, 2009. The first single, "You Better Pray," is taking off at PoMO and Active stations, including KNDD, WXDX, KPNT and KDGE, among others. The band will tour through December and January, starting Dec. 6 in West Palm Beach, followed by a new year swing in Australia. Go here for more.

L.A. by-way-of Georgia singer/songwrier Meiko is experiencing major gains at Triple A for her single, "Boys With Girlfriends," from her self-titled MySpace Records debut, with stations including KTCZ, WCOO and WWMM on board. The video is on mtvU Freshman rotation Dec. 1 and MySpace TV, with placements on Grey's Anatomy, One Tree Hill and The Hills, among others. Go here for more.
