Big Machine’s Taylor Swift rides her year-end momentum to reamin in the #1 slot on 2009’s first chart, scaring up 91k in sales for Fearless.

That was enough to top the other big Q4 winners, including Columbia’s Beyonce (#2) and Roc-a-Fella/IDJ’s Kanye West (#3).

The Top Five is rounded out by Atlantic’s still-potent Twilight, the soundtrack to the hit teen vampire flick, and Jive/ZLG’s resilient Britney Spears with her comeback smash Circus.

Roadrunner’s Nickelback (#6), Geffen’s Keyshia Cole (#7), J/RMG’s Jamie Foxx (#8), UMe’s Now 29 (#9) and Hollywood’s Target exclusive compilation All Wrapped Up (#10) complete the Top 10.

Other upward chart moves are made by DTP/Def Jam/IDJ’s Ludacris (#13), Cash Money/Universal Motown’s Lil Wayne (#21), Interscope’s Lady GaGa (#24), RCA/RMG’s Kings of Leon (#26), Atlantic’s Jason Mraz (#27), Def Jam/IDJ’s Ne-Yo (#29), Geffen’s Common (#35), Columbia’s Adele (#39) and Universal Republic’s Hinder (#44).

First big release of the year will be Bruce Springsteen’s Working on a Dream coming Jan. 27 on Columbia, with albums also expected this month from Domino/Sony’s Franz Ferdinand, Def Jam’s The-Dream and Lyric Street’s Billy Ray Cyrus.
