Reversing General Sherman’s march to the sea, longtime PoMo programmer Leslie Fram has been named Program Director for Emmis’ new rock entry, 101.9 RXP.
New York Market Manager Dan Halyburton, denying any involvment with anything going on in Iraq, welcomed her aboard.
"We're excited to bring a true rock innovator and radio brand builder into the programming seat of 101.9 RXP,” he said. “RXP is breaking new ground in the radio industry and she is the perfect person to lead this unique brand to success."

Fram began her career in progressive rock radio at WABB in Mobile, AL as PD and
afternoon drive talent. She has spent the last 17 years at Susquehanna’s Alternative radio standard-bearer 99X Atlanta as PD and co-host of "The Morning X."
Fram is the first female recipient of the T.J. Martell Award as well as several Program Director of the Year honors, a recent A.I.R. LIfetime Achievement Award and holds a vice president seat for the Atlanta Grammy Chapter.
