If tonight's Bucks-76ers game turns out to be a blowout, there are several fascinating music-related programs just a flick of the remote away.

The Backstreet Boys' prime-time documentary, "Larger Than Life," executive-produced by Ken Ehrlich, bows tonight on CBS at 8 pm ET/PT. The concert special was filmed during two shows at L.A.'s Staples Center last March. The large-scale production features catwalks and walkways, with performances of "Show Me The Meaning of Being Lonely," "More Than That," "I'll Never Break Your Heart: and "Time." On the latter, a bridge lowers that goes from the stage to the back of the building, allowing the boys to perform suspended a few feet over the fans' heads. Other footage includes clips from the band's "Around the World In 100 Hours" tour, video from the early days and an a cappella medley of "All I Have To Give" and "I Want It That Way."

A&E's biography on V2/Virgin founder Richard Branson airs at 8 pm ET/PT. It's a fascinating tale of the high-school dropout's rise from his role as the visionary behind Student magazine to running a media conglomerate. It traces his path through his mail-order music operation which metamorphosed into a record retail chain and then spawned a label featuring such acts as Mike Oldfield, Sex Pistols, Culture Club and the Rolling Stones. The man's other adventures are chronicled as well, including his hot-air balloon trips around the world and his experience with such side projects as an airlines and a condom manufacturer.

The Village People are the subjects of tonight's E! True Hollywood Story at 9 pm ET. If you wanna know what happened to the '70s icons who dressed as a cowboy, biker, consruction worker, G.I., cop and Native American chief, here's the place to go. Memorable hits such as "Macho Man," "YMCA" and "In The Navy," which are still played at bar mitzvahs today, are recalled in interviews with band members and disco diva Gloria Gaynor. They will survive, indeed. Guess you just can't stop the music, can ya? And hopefully, Dave Adelson will be nowhere in sight.

Other TV highlights tonight include an airing of "Grease" on VH1 at 9 pm ET/PT and ex-Pavement leader Stephen Malkmus on "Late Show With David Letterman" at 11:35 pm ET/PT.
