Arcade Fire and the Preservation Hall Jazz Band paid tribute to David Bowie Saturday with a traditional second line parade through the streets of New Orleans’ French Quarter. Frontman Win Butler, red megaphone in hand, led hundreds of Bowie fans in a sing-along of a handful of the rock legend’s classics, including “Heroes,” “Oh!
