HITS Daily Double

Big congrats to RCA’s Lori G and Inca for guiding Steve Lacy’s “Bad Habit” (L-M) to #1 this week! It took 13 weeks to get there and is the first #1 of his career. Doja Cat’s “Vegas” (Kemosabe) moves to #6 this week, gaining 235 spins along the way. Chris Brown’s “Under the Influence” continues to grow. It picks up an additional 510 spins and will be inside the Top 10 by next week. In the next few weeks, they’ll also be impacting SZA’s newly released track, “Shirt.”

Over at Def Jam, Noah Sheer has one of the most anticipated releases in the last year with Rihanna’s “Lift Me Up,” which makes a chart debut at #34 with a 900-spin increase in less than 48 hours. Noah is looking to close out the entire panel and he wants to break the record for Most Adds in a single week at all formats. The track is the lead single from Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. Sheer and the team also have two records inside the Top 10 with YG’s“Toxic” moving up to #8 this week with an increase of 320 spins as Armani White’s “BILLIE EILISH.” adds 315 spins to his total, good enough to land at #9.

Davey Dee and Garrett Ream at Republic continue to move the needle on NAV’s “One Time” w/Don Toliver & Future (XO), which comes in at #28. They also have a new Drake x 21 Savage collab album dropping this coming week and I anticipate this will really jam up the streaming platforms inside the Top 10.

At Epic, Rick Sackheim and Dontay Thompson are making moves with Oxlade’s “KU LO SA.” Perched at #37 this week, the track gains 55 spins as it continues to grow. They’re also just getting started with DDG’s “9 Lives” f/Polo G& NLE Choppa, which scores an increase of 135 spins and comes in at #57. Meanwhile, the team will be impacting DJ Khaled’s “BIG TIME” f/Future & Lil Baby this week.

Dixie Tipton and Capitol are racing Lil Baby’s “Heyy” inside the Top 25. This one is up 410 spins and shows no signs of slowing down. Right behind is Ice Spice’s “Munch (Feelin’ U)” (10K Projects), which scores a 125-rotation boost. Sam Smith & Kim Petras’ “Unholy” just misses a debut, landing at #41. It enjoys a triple digit increase of 255 spins and is sure to have a solid debut this coming week.

Over at Interscope, Nino Cuccinello is firing all cylinders on GloRilla’s “Tomorrow 2” w/Cardi B. The track picks up 160 spins as it moves to #18 this week. Meanwhile, EST Gee’s “Backstage Passes” f/Jack Harlow (CMG) climbs to #35, thanks to an increase of 135 spins.

At Columbia, John Strazza and James White continue to build the story on Beyoncé’s “Cuff It” (Parkwood). She’s up another 490 spins, good enough to put her at #13 this week. Lil Nas X’s “STAR WALKIN’” holds at #15 but gains 195 spins along the way and Lil TJay’s “Beat the Odds” climbs four spots to #20, thanks to a 175-spin jump.

And at Warner, B Dot Scales sees David Guetta & Bebe Rexha’s “I’m Good (Blue)” enter the Top 30 this week with a 125-spin jump, while Freddie Gibbs’ “Too Much” f/Moneybagg Yo gains 75 spins and is now seated at #32 on the chart.
