It looks and feels like spring is finally here for us East Coasters. Our weather is in the 70s now and everything is growing and blooming. My spring cleaning and yardwork isn’t exactly a joy, but the green grass, color of the trees and flowers and longer evenings more than make up for it.

This week, it looks like the chart is starting to do its own form of spring cleaning, because—after eight weeks at #1— Rihanna f/Drake’s “Work” (Westbury Road/Roc Nation) will finally move down. For Rick Sackheim, Noah Sheer and Scott Maness, their hope is that Jeremih’s “Oui” will be the record to replace Ri; it sits at #2 this week, and was up 430 spins, which has it trending #1 on the building chart. Desiigner’s “Panda” (G.O.O.D.) continues to be one of hottest records at the format, leaping to #15 this week and gaining 740 spins. If you’re a true Rhythm station and not playing this, you’re missing the boat. Justin Bieber’s “Company” (RBMG) clocks in at #19, adding another 135 spins, while Kanye West’s “Famous” (G.O.O.D.) moves to #37, up 150 spins. Meanwhile, Rihanna’s new single, “Needed Me,” debuts this week at #38, thanks to an increase of 375 spins. Iggy Azalea’s “Team” just misses the chart at #41.

Another red-hot label is Epic, which just continues to build momentum. Sujit Kundu and company have Fifth Harmony f/Ty Dolla $ign’s “Work From Home” (SYCO) inside the Top 10, gaining another 460 spins. Future f/The Weeknd’s “Low Life” (A1/Freebandz) climbs to #17, after posting a 140+ spin increase. Meghan Trainor’s “NO” jumps to #21 with a 260+ spin bump, while the song continues to sell. Zara Larsson & MNEK’s “Never Forget You” is at #32, and Yo Gotti f/E-40’s “Law” (CMG) is at #40. Epic also just inked a deal with DJ Khaled and his label We The Best Music, so look for them to take Kent Jones’ “Don’t Mind” to the next level quick!

Republic’s Gary Spangler, Davey Dee and Stef Cole are in a dogfight for the #1 spot with Belly f/The Weeknd’s “Might Not” (CP/Roc Nation). That one comes in at #3, up 430 spins, setting up a real spin battle with Jeremih. Expect a close race to the top. Mike Posner’s “I Took a Pill in Ibiza” (Island) climbs to #7, gaining 440 spins this week, while The Weeknd’s “Acquainted” (XO) moves to #12, up 90 spins. Drake f/Wizkid & Kyla’s “One Dance” (YMCMB) is the week’s Most Increased record with an explosion of 1,245 spins, good enough to launch it onto the chart at #18! Ariana Grande’s “Dangerous Woman” climbs to #20, tacking on 225 spins, while Nick Jonas f/Tove Lo’s “Close” (Island) adds 200 spins to land at #43. The latter looks to debut next week. And Keke Palmer f/Jeremih’s “Enemiez” sticks at #56 this week.

Columbia’s Ayelet Schiffman and James White have The Chainsmokers f/Daya’s “Don’t Let Me Down” (Disruptor) moving to #31 and gaining 250 spins. This song is just starting to hit its stride, and is a monster with lots of momentum at Top 40.

RCA’s Inca and Lori G have Kid Ink’s “Promise” at #8 and trying to crack the Top 5; it was up 135 spins this week. ZAYN’s “PILLOWTALK” moves #15-11, up 245 spins. Bryson Tiller’s “Exchange” is at #16, adding an additional 185 spins. Ro James’ “Permission” (ByStorm) lands at #48 this week, Snakehips’ “All My Friends” climbs to #63 and Pitbull f/Enrique Iglesias’ “Messin’ Around” begins the week at #69.

Warner Bros.’ Lee L’Heureux debuts Jason Derulo’s “If It Ain’t Love” (Beluga Heights) at #35, with a 445 spin increase.

Dixie Tipton and Capitol look to have a big record with Young Greatness’ “Moolah” (QC/Motown). It enters the Top 25 this week with a 275-spin jump. This one is gathering momentum each week.
