TAG THEY'RE IT: SHAZAM'S BIGGEST MOVERS

Stats started pouring out Monday on the success of Childish Gambino’s “This Is America” one week after its release. Here’s another one: The RCA release is the greatest gainer on the Shazam USA Top 100.

DJ Snake’s February release, “Magenta Riddim” (Geffen/Interscope), has caught the attention of thumbs in the U.S. and Blighty, rising 148 slots to #53 Stateside and 176 spaces to #25 on the Shazam UK Top 100 where it sits behind Florence + The Machine’s “Cosmic Love.”

TV shows drove the rest of the Top 5 greatest gainers. The Fray’s 2012 track “Be Still” (Epic) rose to #63 after a synch on NCIS. Eleven years after Snow Patrol’s “Make This Go On Forever” (A&M) appeared on an episode of Grey’s Anatomy, its returns and gets enough thumb hits to reach #90.

And ahead of 13 Reasons Why’s second season on Netflix, Selena Gomez’s track from the soundtrack “Back to You” (Interscope) rises 105 slots to #96.
