Perhaps we misheard over the din at Citizen, but we could’ve sworn someone said that Jason Owen’s Sandbox Entertainment will step in as new management of Nashville breakout Kelsea Ballerini. As we reported on 4/18, the Black River Entertainment artist recently parted ways with longtime manager Fletcher Foster. Ballerini is due to perform at the Music Biz confab in Nashville on 5/16.
