MALONE AGAIN, NATURALLY

How big is "Psycho," the new single from Republic's Post Malone f/Ty Dolla $ign? Well, it's really too early to tell. Naw, we're fucking with you: We can totally tell this thing is gigantic.

"Psycho," following on the heels of Post's massive and relentless "rockstar," is #1 at Spotify U.S., having displaced the similarly formidable "God's Plan" by labelmate Drake. It's also #2 at Spotify Global and Apple Music behind "Plan," #1 at iTunes and the biggest mover at Shazam.

The song is on track to beat the dizzying first-week numbers achieved by "rockstar," which, you'll recall, broke Apple Music's worldwide first-week streaming record last September with 25m+. As an artist, Post is hovering near 3m in total consumption; his debut full-length, 2016's Stoney, is at 2.3m.

At Rhythm radio, the track left the field in the dust as #1 Most Added, tacking on 56 stations at first blush. It's made significant inroads at Pop as well.

The song also debuted in the Top 5 on the U.K. singles chart.

A video for the track is due Friday (3/2), which will likely only stoke the fire.

Malone's forthcoming full-length, Beerbongs and Bentleys, is due in late spring/early summer. The presale for his pending tour with 21 Savage began on 2/20. The North American leg kicks off in Portland, OR, in April.

So... yeah. Big.
