Def Jam's 2 Chainz had the whole town talking on a night when everyone was racing around to various events around Hollywood for NBA's All Star Weekend.

The always-inventive marketer launched a blimp that circled the Los Angeles sky for hours, emblazoned with the words RAP OR GO TO THE LEAGUE— which served as the official announcement as the title of his forthcoming album.

Chainz’ memorable album title unveiling came hot on the heels of last week’s release of his surprise new four-song EP, The Play Don’t Care Who Makes It.

In keeping with the air of mystery around the new project, no street date has been announced.
