POWER OUTAGE, CONTINUED: THE BIBLE BUMPS BRANCA

With all the sturm und drang surrounding the Grammys, the Bible’s yearly Power 100 went quietly into the night without much notice. Still, biz watchers say, the most glaring omission would have to be mega-attorney John Branca.

Last year, Branca—who, along with partners David Lande and David Byrnes, co-piloted massive deals for the Estate of Michael Jackson, Justin Timberlake and Beyoncé, among many others, and reps a staggering array of top acts and iconic artists’ estates—was voted the #1 lawyer in the Bible’s ridiculous poll, not to mention ranking #47 on the Power 100.

Meanwhile, another top industry attorney, Don Passman, actually made the list after years of being ignored. All of which begs the question: What’s wrong with these people?
