U.K. CHARTS: CAMILA TAKES #2

Camila Cabello has landed at #2 on the U.K.’s Official Albums Chart with her well-received debut Camila (Syco,) bettering the #6 peak she achieved as part of Fifth Harmony. The Greatest Showman soundtrack (Atlantic) is still #1 with 40k combined sales this week, while The Cranberries’ sales and streams are up 1000% following the death of singer Dolores O’Riordan.

The second-highest new entry on Blighty's albums chart is Black Veil Brides with Vale (Island) at #23. That's followed by BRITs nominee J Hus, who rises 11 places to #24 with debut Common Sense (Black Butter).

The Cranberries’ greatest hits collection Stars – The Best of 1992-2002 (Island Def Jam) has reached a new high at #16. Meanwhile, combined sales and streams of the band’s singles have risen 1134%, with three tracks re-entering today’s Official Singles Chart Top 100. “Zombie,” released in 1994, lands at #45, while the band’s breakthrough hit “Linger” is at #47 and “Dreams” is at #66.

Elsewhere on the Official Singles Chart, “River” (Interscope) is Eminem’s ninth U.K. #1. The track has ended the six-week reign of Ed Sheeran with “Perfect” (Atlantic), which slips to #3 as viral hit “Barking” (Island) by Ramz rises two places to #2.

Clean Bandit are #4 with “I Miss You” (Atlantic), followed by Bruno Mars with “Finesse” remix f/Cardi B (Atlantic) at #5.

Two more singles make their Top 10 debut this week: Cabello’s “Never Be the Same” rises 22 places to #7, and Jason Derulo's “Tip Toe” f/French Montana (Warner Bros.) breaks the Top 10 at #8.

BRIT Awards multi-nominee Dua Lipa rises 24 places to #14 with her latest single "IDGAF" (Warner Bros.), while BBC Sound of 2018 winner Sigrid scores her first Top 40 single, as “Strangers” (Island) rockets 68 places to #26.
