At a Congressional Black Caucus event honoring Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA), UMG General Counsel and EVP of Business & Legal Affairs Jeff Harleston and artist Kevin Ross take the opportunity to ask her about the content of the GOP health care repeal bill. "If you're asking me if it's true that stethoscopes will be outlawed and the only approved treatment will be burying a potato under the full moon, I wish I could tell you," Harris replied. "But Mitch McConnell dropped the only existing copy into a piranha tank while cackling maniacally." Later, there were hors-d'oeuvres.
