You know we’re in the doldrums when only one track—Cardi B’s “Bodak Yellow”—moves into the Top 10, while only Cardi, Kesha’s “Praying” and RCA labelmate Khalid’s “Location” experience double-digit growth among the Top 30. If you’re looking for excitement, keep an eye on Portugal. The Man's infectious "Feel It Still," which has a shot to become the first alternative-crossover hit in recent memory. It’s up three slots to #22 after debuting a week ago.
