RCA star Miley Cyrus is in NYC at the moment, promoting her new single, "Malibu." NBC was Miley-fied Tuesday and Wednesday with two appearances on Fallon, one on the Today Show and drop-ins at Access Hollywood Live and Late Night With Seth Meyers.
